Amy Peters' Studio

At the age of 8 Amy took an enameling class and a jewelry designer was born. For years she took every class she could in metal arts and jewelry design. Finally in 1995, she rented a 9-foot by 15-foot Victorian carriage shed with a dirt floor and no running water, filed her business papers and Amy Peters' Studio was born. Now her designs can be seen nationally in over 700 venues including, catalogs, galleries and boutiques. Peters' designs have featured in magazines, seen on television and moves and are collected by some of today's hottest celebrities. She lives in picturesque coastal California with her husband and their two children.

4square was established in November 2004 by a graphic designer who loves to craft! After finding 2 lonely sheets of print and shrink inkjet paper--it then became totally addictive! A ton of print and shrink paper was purchased and the design madness began. All designs are original and are created using an ibook G4, Adobe Illustrator and an Epson printer. At the beginning of 2005, 4square launched it own line of sewing buttons, along with lots of new computer illustrated stationery and home decor items.

Maize Hutton grew up in the middle of Montana and wanted to be a go go dancer when she grew up. She loved to wear her white go go boots and practiced "shakin it" every chance she could. Each Saturday morning she'd watch American Bandstand and dream of dancing on the show with all the beautiful people in California. Maize started sewing in the fourth grade when she created her first pair of white bellbottom pants with turquoise balled fringe and she's been making stuff ever since.
